FILES
- JPG, PNG, or WEBP. Use a solid background. An untreated transparent file is not sent to print, because those areas can print as black marks. If a background needs to come off, we prepare a solid print file.
- Front and back can be two different images. 3D Latex Butt uses one image.
- Double Layer needs four files: outer front, outer back, inner front, and inner back. Extra images do not change the price.
PRICE
- The total on the right is the pillow, the options you select, and $10 for custom artwork.
PREVIEW
- Move, zoom, stretch, or rotate the artwork. The preview is the placement that gets printed.
AFTER YOU ORDER
- The order keeps your original files and this preview.
- Orders are grouped about every 3 days and sent to the factory. Production is usually 2–5 days after that batch arrives. Shipping time starts only after production.

ARTWORK GUIDE
What Makes a Great Custom Pillow Image?
✓ Works Best
- ✓ High-resolution artwork
- ✓ Full character visible
- ✓ Clear outlines and details
- ✓ Large vertical image
- ✓ Space around the character
× May Need Adjustment
- × Screenshots
- × Blurry artwork
- × Small images
- × Cropped characters
- × Heavy compression
- × Large watermarks
- × Busy or unwanted backgrounds
Not Sure?
Upload it anyway. We'll check it before production.
For printing, use a solid background. Transparent areas can print as black marks, so an untreated transparent file is not sent to print. If a simple background needs to come off, we prepare a printable file with a solid background. That prepared file is what gets printed.
A small file can be enlarged, but that does not guarantee a sharp print, and missing detail cannot be restored. If we cannot guarantee the quality, we contact you before production.

WHY CUSTOMERS CHOOSE US
Made for
More Than
Just Printing
From artwork review to specialized pillow construction, every custom order is built around your design—not forced into a single template.
01
Artwork Review
Your artwork is checked before production. We review resolution, placement and whether the file fits the structure you chose. Enlarging a low-resolution file does not guarantee a sharp print, and missing detail cannot be restored. If we cannot guarantee the quality, we contact you first.
02
Specialized Construction
The pillow is built for the structure you pick. Split-leg and double-layer orders are sewn as those constructions, not printed onto one standard body-pillow template.
03
Private Custom Orders
Your artwork stays with your order. Uploaded files are used to process and make that order. They are shared with the service providers needed for production and delivery, as described in the Privacy Policy.
COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
Everything You Need, All in One Place
Add a cover when that size exists for your pillow, then a care kit or other supplies. The pillow itself is added from the editor above.

FAQ
Custom Onahole Pillow FAQ
Everything you need to know about artwork, pillow styles, materials, previews, production and shipping.
01Custom Artwork
A custom Onahole Pillow is a made-to-order pillow created using your own artwork or character design. Depending on the selected product, you can choose the pillow style, size, fabric, front and back artwork, and other available customization options.
Yes. You can upload your own anime artwork, character illustration, original design, or other suitable image during customization.
Yes. You can upload separate artwork for the front and back of your pillow.
Yes. Uploaded artwork is reviewed before production to make sure the resolution, proportions and layout are suitable for printing. If we cannot guarantee the print quality, we contact you before production.
We check the file before production. A low-resolution image can print soft or blurry. We may enlarge and optimize it, but that does not guarantee an ideal print, and it cannot restore detail that was never in the file. Upload the largest original you have. If we cannot guarantee the quality, we contact you before production.
Often, yes, for a simple background. We remove it and prepare a printable file with a solid background. We do not send the untreated transparent image to print, because transparent areas can print as black marks.
For the best print result, we recommend uploading the highest-resolution version of your artwork available. Large, clear source files generally produce sharper details and cleaner printing.
JPG, PNG and WEBP files are supported. For printing, use a solid background. Do not expect a transparent file to be printed as it is. Transparent areas can print as black marks. If the background needs to be removed, we prepare a printable file with a solid background, and that prepared file is what goes to print.
Yes. You can upload your preferred artwork during customization, provided you have the appropriate rights or permission to use the image.
02Pillow Options
A standard body pillow uses a traditional rectangular shape, while a Split Leg Body Pillow features separated lower sections that create a more dimensional silhouette. The best choice depends on your artwork and the style of finished pillow you want.
Yes. Split Leg Body Pillows can be customized with your own artwork, subject to the available size, material and construction options.
Yes. Double Layer Dakimakura can also be customized. You can choose compatible artwork and available options for the outer and inner pillow design.
This depends on the option you select during customization. Some options include the pillow cover only, while others may include a compatible inner pillow.
Yes. A cover-only option is available for selected custom pillow styles.
Available sizes depend on the pillow style you choose. Common custom sizes include 40 × 60 cm, 40 × 120 cm, 50 × 150 cm, 50 × 160 cm and 60 × 180 cm. The exact sizes for each style are shown during customization.
The best material depends on the feel and finish you prefer. Softer, smoother fabrics are usually ideal for detailed character artwork, while other materials may offer different levels of stretch, texture and durability. Material information is shown during customization to help you compare the available options.
Turn the cover inside out when you can, and hand wash it gently in cold water. Avoid strong bleach, harsh detergent and high heat. If an insert arrives vacuum packed, open it carefully without a sharp blade, then let it air dry and pat it back into shape. A 3D natural latex insert must be hand washed: gently squeeze it clean, and do not machine wash it.
03Preview & Production
Yes. A digital preview is shown during customization so you can check the front and back layout before placing your order.
We aim to match the approved layout as closely as possible. However, slight differences in color, cropping or positioning may occur because screen displays and printed fabric reproduce colors differently.
Printed color can look a little different from the color on your screen. Screens use RGB light, while fabric printing uses dye. Display calibration, color profiles, fabric texture and the print process can all change the result. Very saturated purples, neon colors and blue-violet tones are especially hard to match exactly. The print may look slightly warmer, cooler, darker or less saturated than it does on screen.
For the most predictable detail and color, upload a high-resolution file. 2WAY and New 2WAY are the smoother fabric options.
Yes. If an adjustment is needed before production, our artwork team may help with cropping, positioning, sizing or other basic layout changes.
A custom pillow is not finished within 2–5 days of checkout. Two steps happen before shipping. Order handling comes first: orders are grouped into a batch about every 3 days, then sent to the factory. That wait is not production. Production usually takes 2–5 days after that batch reaches the factory. Shipping is a third step and is not included in those 2–5 days. Transit is the range for your region on the shipping page, not a flat 7-day delivery.
04Shipping & Privacy
Add three separate times. Order handling: the order is grouped about every 3 days and sent to the factory. Production: usually 2–5 days after the factory receives that batch. International shipping: starts only after production, and depends on the destination. The 2–5 days are not the time from checkout to delivery.
Transit estimates, after production: United States, Canada and Europe, 7–20 business days. Australia and New Zealand, 10–30 business days. Asia, 3–20 business days. Central and South America, 15–30 business days. Africa, 15–45 business days. These ranges are the transit time. They are not a flat 7-day delivery. The estimate shown at checkout is the one for your address.
