Products and pillow types

A short map of the constructions. The buying guide compares them in more detail.

What is an Onahole Pillow?

It is an anime body pillow, also called a dakimakura, built in a specific construction. The range includes split-leg, double-layer, full-body with an opening, half-body with an opening, and 3D latex. Features change by product.

What types do you offer?

The main styles are Split Leg, Double Layer, Full Body with a hole, Half Body with a hole, and 3D Latex. Each one has its own shape.

What is a Split Leg Body Pillow?

The lower half is shaped into separated legs instead of one rectangle. It needs an insert made for that shape. Read the split-leg page for the three fillings.

How does a Double Layer Dakimakura work?

There is a printed outer layer and a second artwork layer under a zipper. Opening the zipper shows the inner design. It is a layered print, not an accessory opening. The double-layer guide shows the construction, sizes, and fabrics.

What is a Full Body Pillow with a hole?

It keeps the long dakimakura shape and adds an opening in the construction. Whether an accessory fits depends on that product. Check the product page before you assume a piece is included. The full-body guide shows the size, cores, and opening.

What is a Half Body Pillow with a hole?

A compact pillow, commonly 40×60 cm, with an opening at the bottom. It suits upper-body artwork and takes less space than a full-length cover. The half-body guide shows the size, cores, and opening.

What is different about the 3D Latex pillow?

It is a molded shape, not a flat printed cover. Weight, parts, and care differ from a fabric dakimakura. Follow the notes on that product. The 3D latex guide shows the core, cover, and care.

Sizes and pillow inserts

The size guide has the full comparison. These answers cover the usual choice.

What sizes are available?

The size guide lists 40×60, 40×120, 50×150, 50×160, and 60×180 cm. Which ones you can order depends on the construction.

Should I choose 150 cm or 160 cm?

50×150 is the classic length and is easier to place in a smaller room. 50×160 adds length. Match the size to the bed, the artwork, and the insert.

What size is the half-body pillow?

The half-body style uses the compact 40×60 cm format from the size guide.

Is the pillow insert included?

Not always. Some listings are a cover only. Others offer PP cotton or an inflatable insert. Read the options on the product and in the cart before you pay.

What is the difference between PP cotton and an inflatable insert?

PP cotton feels like a soft stuffed pillow. An inflatable insert is lighter, packs down when deflated, and the firmness changes with how much air you add.

Straight-leg or bent-leg inflatable?

Those two shapes are for the split-leg pillow. Pick the one that matches the cover. They are not a substitute for each other.

Can a regular dakimakura insert go in a split-leg cover?

No. A split-leg cover needs an insert built for the separated legs, in the same size as the cover.

Custom orders and artwork

Start in the custom studio. This section covers the usual questions, not every upload control.

Can I customize my own pillow?

Yes. Choose the construction, size, and fabric, then upload your artwork. The studio previews the front and back before you send it for an artwork check.

How does a custom order work?

You choose the construction and options, upload the files, and we review them for print. Production then follows the same 2–5 day estimate used for other orders, unless that product says otherwise.

Can the front and back be different images?

Yes, when the studio shows separate front and back uploads. Use the fields on the page so you know how many files that construction asks for.

How many images does a double-layer cover need?

A double-layer cover has an outer layer and an inner layer. The studio lists the upload fields for that build, including inner and outer sides when they are offered. You can repeat one image in more than one field if it fits the print area.

What artwork works best?

A sharp, vertical file prints more cleanly than a small or blurry one. If the file is too soft, the artwork check may ask for a clearer version. Not every low-resolution image can be saved.

Do you check the artwork before printing?

Yes. The custom order includes an artwork check. If the file needs a change, we email you before production. The on-screen preview is a layout view, not a separate printed proof, unless support confirms one for that order.

Fabrics and materials

Compare them on the fabric guide. Availability still depends on the product.

Which fabrics can I choose?

New 2WAY, 2WAY Tricot, Peach Skin, and Plush. Not every construction offers all four.

What is the difference between New 2WAY and 2WAY?

Both are stretch fabrics used for body-pillow covers. Feel, thickness, and finish are not identical. The fabric guide is the comparison. Use a 2WAY-style fabric when you want stretch and a smooth surface.

What is Peach Skin?

A soft, lightly brushed surface with less stretch than a typical 2WAY fabric.

What is Plush?

A raised, fuzzy surface. It feels different from the smooth finish of 2WAY.

Which fabric shows detailed artwork best?

A smooth fabric usually shows fine lines more clearly. The file, the print, and the material all affect the result. Use the photos on the fabric guide before you choose.

Washing and care

Steps by fabric are on the care guide. These answers are the short version.

Can I wash the cover?

Most removable covers can be washed. The method depends on the fabric. Gentle hand washing in cool water is the safe default. Follow the care guide for the fabric you bought.

Can the cover go in a washing machine?

Only if that fabric’s care notes allow it. When they do, use a delicate cycle, a mild detergent, and a laundry bag.

Can I tumble dry the cover?

Do not use a dryer unless the care notes for that fabric allow it. Air dry, away from strong sun and high heat.

Can I wash the insert the same way as the cover?

No. PP cotton and inflatable inserts are not washed like a printed cover. Read the insert’s own notes before it gets wet.

How do I care for a 3D latex pillow?

Clean the latex piece and the cover by their own instructions. Skip harsh chemicals, high heat, and long time in direct sun. Everything should be dry before you store it.

Shipping and tracking

The shipping page is the full list. These answers match that page.

How long does delivery take?

Add 2–5 days of processing first. After that, usual transit is 7–20 business days for the United States, Canada, and Europe; 10–30 for Australia and New Zealand; 15–30 for Central and South America; 3–20 for Asia; and 15–45 for Africa.

How long is processing?

Orders are grouped every three days and sent for production. Production is estimated at 2–5 days. Transit starts after that and is not included in the 2–5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat shipping is $10 and is quoted at 7–35 working days. Fast shipping is $20 and is quoted at 7–15 working days. The destination ranges above are the usual transit times. The charge you see at checkout is the one that applies.

How do I track an order?

After the order ships, we email the tracking link. You can also look up the order from your account.

What if tracking has not moved?

If tracking has not updated for one week, email [email protected] with the order number. We check with the carrier and reply within 1–2 days.

Orders, returns, and refunds

Details live on the order page and the returns page.

Can I change the address or cancel?

Email us within 24 hours with the order number. We can change the address or cancel only if the order has not shipped. After it ships, or after 24 hours, we cannot change or cancel it.

What do Processing and Completed mean?

Processing means the order is being prepared, or it has shipped and the courier has not updated tracking yet. Completed means it has shipped. Open the tracking link in the shipping email for the latest scan.

Can I return or get a refund?

Write within 3 days of delivery. A serious defect or severe damage can be replaced or refunded. A light compression mark that still lets you use the pillow may qualify for a partial refund. Slight scratches or stains, a style or size you chose yourself, and a wrong address you entered are not returns.

What if it arrives damaged or with pieces missing?

Email the order number plus photos of the item and the package within 3 days. If we confirm a missing piece or severe damage, we issue a partial refund or resend that piece.

What if you sent the wrong pillow?
