Custom Split Leg Body Pillow

A Custom Split Leg Body Pillow is a full-length custom pillow with a lower section shaped into two separate legs instead of a standard rectangular bottom. You can use your own front and back artwork, while the cover is printed and sewn specifically around the split-leg construction.

A standard dakimakura keeps a continuous rectangular shape from top to bottom. A split-leg body pillow separates the lower section into two individually shaped legs, creating a different silhouette while still supporting full-length character artwork.

The main Split Leg Body Pillow size is 50 × 150 cm. It has a similar overall width and height to a standard 50 × 150 cm dakimakura, but the lower section is shaped into two separate legs instead of remaining rectangular.

Full-body vertical artwork usually works best. Images with a clearly visible character, enough space around the body and a lower-body pose that can be positioned naturally around the split point are easier to adapt to the split-leg shape.

Not necessarily, but artwork with clearly visible lower-body details usually gives us more flexibility when preparing the split-leg layout. If the character’s legs overlap heavily, are hidden or fall outside the image, the lower section may require additional cropping or repositioning.

If part of the lower body is already cropped, the artwork may need to be repositioned or adapted around the split area. The final result depends on how much usable artwork remains below the character’s waist and around each leg section.

Yes. You can use different artwork for the front and back of your custom split-leg pillow. Each side can be prepared separately so the composition works with the split-leg shape.

Yes. We review the uploaded artwork before production, including resolution, cropping, character placement and how the lower artwork fits around the split-leg layout.

Low-resolution images can appear soft or pixelated when enlarged to a full-size pillow. We recommend uploading the highest-resolution original file available. If the image may significantly affect print quality, it can be flagged during artwork review.
