What a split-leg pillow is
The cover is 50×150 cm in 2WAY fabric: smooth, soft, and cool to the touch. The middle of the pillow separates like a pair of legs, which leaves an opening. That opening is where an onahole insert sits. The cover is printed with anime or game artwork.

Insert
The onahole is a soft silicone insert. 3D silicone chest and buttock pieces are separate accessories, not part of every cover.
How it is used
Place the insert in the opening, add any accessories you bought, then put the cover on. The pillow is for intimate use by adults.

Three filling options
Firmness is the difference. Pick the core when you order.
Bent-leg inflatable
Holds a bent-leg pose. Add or release air to change the firmness. It springs back after use.
Straight-leg inflatable
The same adjustable air core, in a straight-leg pose, for a firmer upright form.
PP cotton
Soft, light, and warm. The familiar plush fill for hugging as well as intimate use.
