What the hole is for
The opening is part of the construction, at the bottom of the 40×60 cm pillow. It is meant for a compatible onahole. Oppai pieces can be used with that setup. Each core diagram prints the opening size for that insert. Exact fit and position still change by model.
Oppai, onahole, and butt pieces are separate accessories. Do not assume one is included. Read the custom product or the ready-made listing, and compare pieces in accessories.
This is different from a full body pillow with a hole. Full body is the long 50×150 cm shape, with the opening in the center. A double layer dakimakura is two printed covers, not an opening in the pillow.

The inner pillow depends on the option you select. A cover-only order does not include a core. PP cotton is the softer, ready-to-use fill. The inflatable core is lighter and packs down when the air is out.

A ready-made pillow uses the artwork already on the product. A custom order uses the files you upload on the custom product or in the custom studio. You can use one image, or different artwork for the front and back. A side without a file keeps the sample artwork shown in the preview.
Upper-body artwork fits this shorter cover. A sharp file prints more cleanly at 40×60 cm than a small or blurry one. We review the file before printing. If it is too soft, we email you before production. The on-screen preview is a layout view, not a separate printed proof, unless support confirms one for that order.
